I alway put red face when rider change drop off location... regardless of whether the rider ok or not. Then put grandma story in remarks column. Grabcar read or not I am no sure.

by the way, if they contact u to seek your explanation on the issue, it means there are some minor improvement in their drivers discipline handling process....

someone 1 in my what app group complained that he kena suspended after warning sms for driving dangerously. try to call cs, as usual, can't get any meaningful reply. Only manage to get some clarification when he goes to office....

Grabcar staff informed him face 2 face that issue was way back 2-3 weeks ago...& they reluctant to explain which date and trips that he refer 2...my poor friend also can't remember incidents anymore..don't know what to said how to counter back the allegations

when he try to explain anyway..grabcar staff just said management already made decision and there is nothing he can do about...he has to attend the reeducation class before the acc is deactivated back

i just try to call grab for a from Wisma Central to Menara Atlan due to raining so cant walk back to office. but after 4 times calling no one accepted when there are many drivers nearby. The Fare was Rm7 but can go up to RM9 as other friend tried also.

Two of this customer has been banned by Grab when I call customer service earlier to make a big rant and use every fuck words that came out from my mouth.

I'm so close by to them while stuck in traffic jam during  after office peak hour and they cancel on me without any reason.

btw horror story from me today:

I counted 8 TIMES! that when ever I exit simpang, or pass junction, or immediately after I pass toll plaza, or immediately I enter highway, I got job assigned. before that when im in convenient location my ping was dead.

lol that one understandable, they really expect drivers to be SO responsive and they didn't realize driving shoudn't send message or call de. most of the time i didn't respond to msg unless the reply can be as short as OK

I got once after accept job straight away call to ask where am i, my phone somehow after update when incoming call, the phone app eat up whole screen hiding the maps and i missed a highway exit. cancel lo

btw on a side note, during no AA, when another ping comes in during a job, it will also eat up whole screen and hide the map. i guess nothing much can be done on this.

as for me if i saw they got luggage i usually go down an help them put in my car back seat or boot, same goes to when removing. Don't want them to scratch my car or force the luggage lol. Got once they just let me do it and enter my car which like.. wah i personal driver liao, usually locals will make sure the bags all fit in only the enter lol.

My only concern if some1 drove my car away lol so sometimes remove key when felt a bit insecure.
