Today I had a few irritating riders
In the first case, a woman came to my car, so I pressed Pick Up. But she told me to wait for her husband. Her husband took his sweet time to come. Total waiting time - more than 5 minutes. In the second case, the rider was a lawyer who wanted to go to Subang Airport. He put his luggage inside my car, but told me to wait for a while, as his friend was handling over something to him. This time I hadn't pressed Pick Up yet, but was reluctant to cancel the trip, as I was in an ulu place with low demand. Total waiting time - about 10 minutes. Then, when we were on the way to Subang, he told me to drive faster This post has been edited by river.sand: Sep 28 2018, 10:53 PM |

QUOTE(forever1979 @ Sep 29 2018, 02:59 PM) i just kena banned for 10 mins after ignore many many time. really dont know there is a limit if we keep ignoring jobs... I am also a part timer, and I am on AA.Every sat i will drive from 10am to 1pm as my son going for scout so i just passing time in cheras. normally i can completed 5-6 jobs as i am very selective and aiming for short trips and < 2km pick up... as demand is not that high however today, maybe after this soft ban/ pause for job, i think ping is quite fast, every 10 seconds job come in.... so i use the same method but ignore more jobs... end up i gantung kunci by 1130am and lepak in McDonalds since later i need to ta pao for my son... i just completed 3 jobs and the last job ignore suspend me 10 minutes, siao... i think crap is crazy.... weekends more part time and we tend to choose our job... how can we blindly accept anything, then as well become full time ... or crapcar is indirectly unwelcome part time ? i always think initially is a win win situation, i can get some extra money while, i can help to complete some of the jobs. like my case, all short trip, i think i telan many ikan bilis for full timer... Perhaps this is what you can do: From 10am to 12pm, accept all jobs. Be selective only after 12pm. If you get too far, offline and go back. Or you may set My Destination. However, it is hard to get job with MD. Really, if you are on Flexi, you should take longer trips. |

There have been many complaints about having to pickup / drop off riders beyond the guard house. Things would be better if crap had dynamic pricing.
Another thing crap can do is to educate the management of condos & g&g into simplifying registration process. |

Last time I was stuck at roundabout near the old KL train station because of flood. Waited for 20 minutes with the riders loli looked back at passenger a cute indon amoi n tell her cant go futher coz water level so high..n she look at me we with a worried face n said..'can u try arr to go tru..'..dunnuh to laugh or smack her cute face.. i was kind enuf to find her a shelter to drop her off, but forgot to remark red face n leave comment to cs dat my pax left her brain sumwhere.. When I finally dropped off the riders at their hotel, they gave me some tip. That made me feel better. This post has been edited by river.sand: Oct 2 2018, 07:46 AM |

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 2 2018, 09:25 AM) Crazy ah go through, if me i fast fast u-turn cabut already, later flooded and trap inside the car lagi jialat I see many shopping malls have designated Grab drop off / pick up points. Apparently crap has done some jobs.I've propose a surcharge of RM1 for pick up at lobby in the past, especially the condo area is huge. U want this service u pay lor. Crap cannot control the management of each condo management lah, it is the resident that need to highlight this issue. Now if they can approach condo management... |

QUOTE(yhtan @ Oct 4 2018, 03:11 PM) U are fortunate to have understanding rider. If we get bad riders, it doesn't matter whether it's GS or normal GC, the experience is still bad.Wait until u got foreign worker like Bangla/Nepal/Indonesian and share with local, u see their face turn into hulk or not. And also enjoy the smell through the ride. As for my case, the Indian from foreign country did not understand concept of GS and keep grumbling. Comment left right until i sound to him. I do have a few bad experience specific to GS: One is a foreigner who didn't understand the concept of GS; Another time the GS riders from the first job (a couple) had too much luggage. The rider from the second job barely fit in. |

PRC loves Jalan Alor!
Last week I ferried a group of PRC to Jalan Alor. Today another group of them went there. Despite stereotyping by Malaysians, most of my PRC riders were well-behaved. |

QUOTE(colemi @ Oct 5 2018, 10:32 AM) Before crap enforced the AA ruling, I made sure I had completed enough jobs before I started to be choosy. But what I can see here, many crappers cherry pick first, then try to improve AR & CR by driving extra hours. To me this approach is very stressful lor Of course nowadays it's AA for incentives. And I have become a part timer, so I don't much time to chase AR and CR already... Last night dropped off a rider at an ulu place in KL - Jalan Lembah Ledang at Damansara Heights.
Damn, there wasn't any other buildings within 100m from the rider's house. To be sure, this is not a billionaire's mansion in an exclusive place. Just an ordinary house. Wondering why this area is still not yet developed. Today dropped off another rider at another ulu location - Jalan Teberau 1 at Ukay Heights, Ampang. But this area has a number of mansions. To my surprise, after dropped off my rider, I got another job nearby. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Today an Arab rider greeted me Assalamualaikum. I didn't know how to respond.
I did know the standard response to this greeting is Mualakumsalam. But I just couldn't utter these words. As a Chinese, non-Muslim, no local Muslims have ever say Assalamualaikum to me, and I didn't feel right to respond to it |

This was how I did it yesterday... I started at 3pm. AA on, no cancelation (except one by rider). One job went to KLCC (no jam though). The riders of job were PRC going to eat durian at SS2. After picking them up, I set the app to not available for jobs. I dropped off the riders at around 5:15pm. From SS2, it took me half an hour to go home. All in all, I was on road for less than 3 hours. Total fare collected was RM83. To me this was acceptable. Attached thumbnail(s) |
