Hi all, I had a bad experience with a grab driver who drove wrecklessly. I want to give him 2 stars or even 1 star and put comment so that Grab can review this driver. But will the driver know which passenger gave 1 star and the comment?

hello guys. im sorry to interupt any discussions u guys having if any, and there are 800 pages of discussions to read  for now i am jobless. i interested to start a job as grab driver and buying maybe Bezza or MyVi as a starter. I would really love to hear any opinions regarding this move

But this time out only affect to AA correct?
Just now try to off AA, get order, ignore it and nothing happen..

i think drivers should allow to cancel genuinely.
if 2.5 hours for < RM50, who want to do ?

Why? As a driver should be happy they taking a stand! Keyboard warrior protest yo! Ban all you want man. In my previous post, I stated Riders are a constant. What moves the business is the drivers. Doesnt mean today Grab gone, suddenly everyone gets a car, go use MRT or get a bicycle. They still need the transportation. Whats scary for them is the driver jump ship. Imagine if 60% of the drivers went to another app. can you imagine the domino effect?

cyber pings are a lot lesser and no b2b.
so they can have "group gathering" at the mall while waiting ping to come.

Already said, during that day, going to OKR from cyberjaya will take 2 hrs - 2 hrs 30 mins. Again, will you do?

When you complain on forum, Grab admin just come here and laugh at all we SHs. But what these drivers doing is a silent protest. Enough of this groups around will force a change and company to listen. All these whistle blower bull shit is an ang mo strategy to combat internal sabotage. Most company I worked before all got this. Normally no one bother to whistle blow because we want the company to change, not the company change one person.

Ban hammer wont affect these drivers. They are mostly old birds. Ban then go sit for one hour re-educate, or get a friend to lift ban. Then do again. They wont die one. Most of the time they are there because they just did a private air port and finding their way home.

If u look at the matching algorithm which nearest driver can get repeating order over and over again, i see also feel it is retarded, they put nearest and the job sure ding-dong to that group of people, why didn't give driver who are further within 2-3km radius?

I still admire Uber system, and after half year the crappy still copy paste half bake function from Uber. Ytd i on the heatmap, inside the heatmap show in surge area, go to rider app and look at the price, the fare is just normal at RM1.1 per km.

And where is the promise cancellation penalty on rider?

i'd ignored several pings during b2b n didnt get the timeout...

probably the timeout was impose during my current job...after dropoff no timeout..

Today KV is so shit. Jam until mother don't reckonise. RM 25 job took 20 minute pick up and 1 hour to complete. MP gone. Came 8 pm mad long came in. Cancel one next straight come. BUT takes 30 minutes to pick up someone 6km away. Told customer, said she will wait, then I answer, sorry I won't. Haha. I think today I cancelled 14 jobs. Whole week only done 10 lol.

Got one job I took, coz I thought 8-9 was MP or at least P. Drove 1.5km for 10 minutes customer cancel. Tulan like fk. 8-9 was B in KV lol... The analyst for grab needs to resign or sacked man.

I cancelled two trips on the trot. I got suspended for 30 seconds.

I ignored two trips consecutively between 3.20am and 4am. Received the same treatment at this ungodly hour.

saw like 6 or more drivers camp across d'latour (or whatever it is call) while dropping off pax..funny that theycamp with engine running, wonder whether they care that they r burning fuel..hehe
