I'm going to Thailand. Can I use my CIMB ATM card there at CIMB Thailand's ATM machine? Or is it better to transfer money to Wise and withdraw from Wise debit card instead?

TWE? Not a surprise. laugh.gif I had two instances of fraud, though my tenure of holding the card was short.

I'm not sure why but I think it is CIMB cards in general actually, not just TWE specifically.

You're right. CIMB Thailand doesn't have any ATM machines. I visited 2 CIMB branches already but both don't have ATMs.

Now I'm deciding if I should change use money changer or withdraw from WISE. Which one is cheaper?

How you going to withdraw from Wise ? Atm ? 220Bht applies.

I said cash is king meaning it is cheaper.

Did anyone manage to get the 50% flight cashback promotion for TWE? Their budget of 125k per quarter seems pretty low anyway

Just received an SMS that my application for Petronas VI is approved
I saw previous posts stating the CB is based on the card, not combined with Principal and Supplementary. Is it true?

yes and for the 1000 usage it had wider, dining (5811 to 5814 n 5921), grocery (5411,5422 n 5451) n parking (7523).
if you get main card then you can add IINM max 3 sub card.

sorry to butt in, does this apply to cimb Petronas visa platinum as well .?

If they don't share the cashback,

Then principal rm 100 cashback, supp another rm 100 cashback . Just need to maintain rm 4k outstanding (2k for principal ans 2 k for supp)?
