normally it take me about 4 hour to drive from KL to KB through Gua Musang. Toll around rm10, gas rm80, divide by 4 still the cheapest way to go

On first glance RM120 looks a bit pricey, especially for Kelantan people with lower average income. But if you consider the fact that:

> It will cut road traveling time nearly by half to 4 hours.

Then I would say this is a fair price.
I don't know about you guys but if I'm from Kelantan I'll take this train anytime.

Considering how much lower the ridership will be to east coast, RM120 from Gombak to KB seems optimistic.
