Lemon unit? Hmm.. Wondering wats taking them so long?

Imagine the e250 is due for servicing and u still haven't received your car. Then u bring the e250 for servicing I wonder how the SC customer service officer's face looks like when he understands your situation, lol..

But i doubt u will encounter this kind of situation. They probably switch you another car.

Might be they ask to change to other car.

Hi all taikos,
Just wondering if we install a plug and play type dashboard cam recorder on E250 without cutting any existing original power cable, will it void the warranty?

I know this might not be the correct thread but I'm considering a a200 w176 2014 car. Is there anything I should check prior to purchase?

Actually I'm contemplating between the new civic and the a200. Would appreciate if u guys could give some feedbacks on the a200

P/s: I've got a w205 at home as well. The w176 mainly used for daily drive.

The warranty for the a200 2014 should be almost over. U should be quite aware of the merc servicing cost since u have a w205 at home. Where do u plan to service this a200 2014?

I just own my car this year and don't have much experience in second hand cars so cant comment much. Do check whether the car you are interested have done all the necessary services on time.

Shame on you Mercedes Benz for calling yourself a premium brand! One year old W213 broke down due to faulty speed sensors! Wtf! W205 also broke down with the same issue before! Knn!

As you know that the car coating is getting common, here would like to conduct this survey for the public knowledge especially as the reference for the car owner looking for the coating.

After submission, you will able to view the survey result.

imho the new a-class is very very handsome.
seems like merc is slowly moving away from old man designs.

Hi, can I check if you guys are pumping ron 95 or ron 97 for A250? I know the manual say RON 95 but it seems funny when I try pumping RON 95 - less power, and the exhaust smells...

If you want to own a mercs, you need to have the right mentality to own it! If you worry about FC, resale value, maintenance etc! Better of with a jap! But then nowadays, jap also got shit resale value la! Don't listen to those who tell you you need to save 10k a month to own it! Wear and tear can't escape one if you buy a recond unit! Lots of OEM parts! Go for it! laugh.gif if can, better buy a new unit for peace of mind! The new c200 not only save on road tax but maybe can get fuel subsidy! Ask our clever finance minister la! rolleyes.gif

my dua sen ..... if you're looking for conti then merc (for meresiah) is the cheapest to upkeep.
however there are things you should be aware of...

recons are cheaper but older but better spec

new are alot more expensive but come with full warranty (peace of mind) but spec can be "bare" if you want to compare against recons
