Called multiple times and kept saying checking and in progress

Called them they ask me to wait and no further details why the delay. My plan has not even been switched to the new MEGA. They told me the plan needs to switch first before the phone will be out for delivery

FYI too, my wife ordered 10 mins later than me (same model and colour) and it got delivered on 29/9

Yes maybe, but case still under investigation not sure what’s going on. I received the order confirmation mail etc, all bills paid to date, no pending contract etc
