It’s normal. I’m using the default space they wallpaper and I see this weird coloration. I’m guessing it’s caused by True Tone or night shift. Might wanna turn those off and see if it fixes it or not.

Doesn’t really bother me.

I see, a little worried as I am unable to reproduce the problem on my other X.

Sorry mate. The plan is only purchasable for machines issued new ipx units. They dont cover outside units.

If you are a careful user, then it is not worth it to spend rm899. Use the money to get a good sp, and well rounded casing. You could even wrap the phone prior to putting a case on, which further enhances the protection.

If it is insurance you are looking for, perhaps you can try insurance companies out there that do offer device protection policies for a more affordable rate.

Thanks for the info. Yeah after considering your advice, most probably I’ll just use that money to buy some durable cases for the X. It’s so weird that apple website Singapore offers that plan and malaysia does not. 😅

maxis no longer handles warranty claims. You got to bring it to an Apple Authorised Service Centre.

Itunes will automatically backup your new iPx with at least 10-15GB of space on your mac and iCloud.

Imagine if you filled those 256Gb when your mac also have similar capacity SSD

So you're warned.

hey new owners, how's the new toy?
Is it too early to ask about battery life esp compared to 8 Plus and how's the camera.

How about new android converts - you don't miss the back button? A huge moaning point for the users.

Looking for good deal in GS, saw a 256G for RM6299! Made of white gold maybe.

I've never used a lens protector on any of my phones before, and have not noticed any scratches on them before too. I believe they are made with a more durable glass. Anyways, that’s just my take smile.gif RM10 is Ok.
