guys if i pre-order from maxis tmr, when its on 24th nov can i purchase the plan they release or only the phone itself only?

Got mine at Harvey Norman this morning at Queensbay, and i walked to Switch for more selection on casing. End up bought an Otterbox transparent one cos Spigen and UAG kena sapu.. but i asked they still has alot of stock IMO
