Temporary Disruption in Credit Card/-i Delivery Services due to Flood Situation

Dear Valued Cardholders,

We wish to notify that due to the current flood situation, Credit Card/-i delivery services (new, replacement or renewal) by POS Malaysia and City-Link Express to the impacted areas below will be temporarily disrupted:

Selangor – Shah Alam, Klang, Kuala Selangor, Sepang, Port Klang, Hulu Langat, Kota Warisan
Pahang – Kuantan, Mentakab, Temerloh , Raub, Bentong, Pekan, Kuala Lipis
Kelantan – Kuala Krai, Tanah Merah, Machang, Pasir Mas
Melaka – Melaka Tengah
Negeri Sembilan – Nilai, Port Dickson
Kuala Lumpur – Sri Petaling
Terengganu – Kemaman, Setiu, Dungun

Rest assured that the Credit Card/-i delivery services will resume once the situation permits and routes are reopened.

In the meantime, Cardholders who wish to urgently replace your Credit Card/-i may call our Contact Centre via 03-2178 8888, operational daily from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. to arrange for the delivery of your Credit Card/-i replacement.

Guys can i quickly confirm for true visa no more cashback for ewallet top up right? I remember i stopped using this few months ago but now I trying to reorganise then read TNC on ambank website no say about ewallet

I checked their MCC 5311 (departmental) which is not one of the excluded transaction. This mean I should get the cash back right?

Festive Dining Campaign [ Ambank | T&Cs ]
Campaign Period: 18 December 2021 till 28 February 2022

Meals are better when shared. Get RM38 and RM88 Cashback when you dine with your loved ones using your AmBank Visa Credit Card. Each eligible cardholder is entitled to a maximum one (1) redemption of RM38 Cashback per campaign month and a maximum one (1) redemption of RM88 Cashback throughout the campaign period, for spending on dining at merchants bearing the Merchant Category Code (MCC) as listed below.

Terms and Conditions:
Campaign period is valid from 18 December 2021 till 28 February 2022.
Campaign is applicable for all AmBank Visa Credit Cardholders (“Eligible Cardholders”) who use their Card to perform retail transaction(s) from the Eligible Merchant Category Code (MCC) as listed above.
The Eligible Cardholders will be eligible for RM38 Cashback (up to a maximum of 1 redemption per Campaign Month) and eligible for RM88 Cashback (up to a maximum of 1 redemption throughout the Campaign Period).
The RM38 Cashback is limited and capped at 800 units per Campaign Month during the Campaign Period and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based on transaction time stamp as recorded in the Bank’s system date and time, subjected to availability of the Cashback.
The RM88 Cashback is limited and capped at 100 units throughout the Campaign Period and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based on transaction time stamp as recorded in the Bank’s system date and time, subjected to availability of the Cashback.
All Eligible Transactions in foreign currency shall be converted to Ringgit Malaysia (RM) based on the prevailing foreign exchange rates as recorded in the Bank’s system.
The Cashback shall be credited into the respective Eligible Cardholder’s Eligible Card account within eight (8) weeks from the end of each Campaign Month and shall be displayed in his/her statement of Card account.

anyone successfully apply additional card for ambank infinite card when the annual income is less than 100k ?

i have that ambank bonuslink visa signature... saw that infinite card have the shangrila buy 1 free 1 buffet promotion. hope to have one.. but my annual income is 8X k .. anyone have tried to apply higher level card but without fulfill the income requirement ?
