True,many younger though only maintenance cost to be paid. They won't knw there are utility charge such as water, indah water, assessment,quit rent,fire insurance to be paid. Furthermore Nowsday many property in commercial land v hda. Only electricity convertable n the rest nope. Imagine 0.40 sqf v 1000sqf unit. You need to paid maintenance cost 400++. That sound alot. Installment+ maintenance+higher utilities bill. There is really costing in long run.

Wow that's a substantial amount of money. Still need to pay fire insurance, assessment tax, quit rent, utilities, etc. sweat.gif

Fully agreed on ownstay. For investment must consider demand and take-up in

Tonnes of units there especially number 1 n 2. Hopefully demand will pick-up after pavilion is completed.

Personally I think due to the MCO-RMCO there is slight delay, bcuz in their schedule projection by right November 2020 developer shall start claiming for stage 2(b),
looking at this progress, I think they might need 2-3 months to catch it up.

48 months (4 years) is really sufficient for a project to be completed.
Normally a high-rise apartment contract is about 36 months.
If 48 months still doesn't deliver a reasonable quality, then this is really affecting their future reputation.
