QUOTE(DavidKool @ Aug 21 2020, 04:01 PM) 8+2 is that for Type B? the latest package for Tower B - Type B is 7+2%, din't know that Type C has so high rebates I know Type A now is 6+2% but Type C is 8+5% If not mistaken, during early of the year it was 5% (type A), 6% (B) and 7% © before additional 2% upon VP for all. And before this no MOT, no kitchen cabinet. Only air cons. Now all available for Tower B. The discounts a bit confusing for every type and different from each tower. However, Block A remain the better buy due to discount and lower SPA Price. Only left Type C. |

QUOTE(srsue @ Aug 3 2020, 12:11 PM) I got to know from developer agent, the contractor for this project is Contractor ARDC ZhongTian (Berjaya own contractor) meanwhile Link 2 was Setia Kon. I can't find any info about ARDC ZhongTian as well, however according to the Sales gallery marketing team, ARDC is berjaya's in house contractor who did their previous resort projects, but I am unsure which resorts are they referring to.Managenent is Henry Butcher will handle on behalf of developer. I try to find more info ARDC Zhong Tian contractor, but cannot find any info. Anyone have more info? Then, I heard Henry Butcher management is good. Is it? From their web seems they have won award on 2017 |

QUOTE(ryan@chua @ Aug 22 2020, 02:56 PM) haha I would say it was the "design layout issue", the commercial shop with frontage still surviving, Japanese restaurant there seems doing well anyway. On the other side, those commercial without frontage and located inside the mall are struggling. Perhaps once pavilion 2 is up, then there is demand and crowd at the surrounding, Berjaya really need to filter and bring the right tenants that can compliment both sides. shadow_bayangan, wrl1992, and 2 others liked this post

QUOTE(wrl1992 @ Sep 6 2020, 04:00 PM) Thanks. Tower A and B lift lobby is at basement or Ground floor? If it is in basement then there will be stairs to go ground floor? all floors including basement is compulsory to have fire staircase & bomba lift, hence to answer you question no matter where the lobby located (either at basement / ground floor) there must be a stairs & vertical lift shaft connected, this is to comply Uniform building by law & Bomba approval. |

QUOTE(Suzuki688 @ Nov 4 2020, 04:25 PM) Personally I think due to the MCO-RMCO there is slight delay, bcuz in their schedule projection by right November 2020 developer shall start claiming for stage 2(b),looking at this progress, I think they might need 2-3 months to catch it up. |

QUOTE(Suzuki688 @ Nov 4 2020, 05:17 PM) 48 months (4 years) is really sufficient for a project to be completed.Normally a high-rise apartment contract is about 36 months. If 48 months still doesn't deliver a reasonable quality, then this is really affecting their future reputation. |

QUOTE(storky20 @ Nov 25 2020, 12:41 PM) Anyone with Type B got a recent email on design changes? izit? when do you get the notice for this revision ya? Looks like they're (1) increasing the size of toilet door and (2) changing the design of the kitchen window to a 'sliding window'. Hmmm not bad. I have not received any notice from sales marketing regarding to this. |

Looks like they're (1) increasing the size of toilet door and (2) changing the design of the kitchen window to a 'sliding window'. Hmmm not bad. ![]() but looking at the layout, i don't think the window width at kitchen at the moment has sufficient space to do a sliding window, said 600mm width (so each panel 300mm?) unless it is sliding to top. also the toilet door, let say if they are going to increase the door width, this will affect the turning radius as it will hit the basin. unless they r increase the door width for master bath / bath 2. |

QUOTE(storky20 @ Nov 25 2020, 05:42 PM) Correct, the toilet door will be wider (from 700mm to 900mm) which will make it feel a bit more 'tight' when turning also. but i have to agree that sliding window is way better compare to current show room - louvre glass window at kitchen, which kind of looks cheap, and oso it's difficult to clean. From the diagram provided, it's for Master/Bath 2/Bath 3. For the kitchen window, no example of the window was provided but yeah, I assume it's slide sideways partially instead of the full 300mm radius. hopefully they can enlarge the window height too (currently 2.4m if not mistaken), compare to surrounding newly launch products, tropika has the shortest/lowest window height in general. |
