I can't find any info about ARDC ZhongTian as well, however according to the Sales gallery marketing team, ARDC is berjaya's in house contractor who did their previous resort projects, but I am unsure which resorts are they referring to.

haha I would say it was the "design layout issue", the commercial shop with frontage still surviving, Japanese restaurant there seems doing well anyway.
On the other side, those commercial without frontage and located inside the mall are struggling.
Perhaps once pavilion 2 is up, then there is demand and crowd at the surrounding, Berjaya really need to filter and bring the right tenants that can compliment both sides.

looking at the layout, there are 4 lift lobbies for each block.
we shall see how many effort and how much they willing to spend for the ID works at these spaces.

all floors including basement is compulsory to have fire staircase & bomba lift, hence to answer you question no matter where the lobby located (either at basement / ground floor) there must be a stairs & vertical lift shaft connected, this is to comply Uniform building by law & Bomba approval.

Personally I think due to the MCO-RMCO there is slight delay, bcuz in their schedule projection by right November 2020 developer shall start claiming for stage 2(b),
looking at this progress, I think they might need 2-3 months to catch it up.

48 months (4 years) is really sufficient for a project to be completed.
Normally a high-rise apartment contract is about 36 months.
If 48 months still doesn't deliver a reasonable quality, then this is really affecting their future reputation.

but looking at the layout, i don't think the window width at kitchen at the moment has sufficient space to do a sliding window, said 600mm width (so each panel 300mm?) unless it is sliding to top.

also the toilet door, let say if they are going to increase the door width, this will affect the turning radius as it will hit the basin. unless they r increase the door width for master bath / bath 2.

but i have to agree that sliding window is way better compare to current show room - louvre glass window at kitchen, which kind of looks cheap, and oso it's difficult to clean.
hopefully they can enlarge the window height too (currently 2.4m if not mistaken), compare to surrounding newly launch products, tropika has the shortest/lowest window height in general.
