No more units available, but my SA said that its going to launch the project beside the gallery. Anyone interested may contact my SA to register for prelaunch registration. This is my Berjaya Staff SA contact 0182268134 (Vivian).

They not confident to sell above 1k psf and still waiting Park Sky 3 if really launch at RM 1.2k per sf. Seng Kung is Bukit Jalil taikor, but now have to follow Malton's response. |

Wondering when is VP also, initially saw news say it's gonna be Q2'24. Loan also billed all the way till pre-VP stage.
Have emailed, called, but sales seems to not have any updates except Q2'24 delivery. Wonder what's up hmm. |
