Any other owners that got the revised floor plan message know where exactly is the refuse chamber located? I’m in a unit where there’s now a door facing my unit and if it’s the refuse chamber... zzz.

Anyone with Type B got a recent email on design changes?
Looks like they're (1) increasing the size of toilet door and (2) changing the design of the kitchen window to a 'sliding window'. Hmmm not bad. |

Anytime Fitness - open Baskin Robbins - open Oomph Cafe - open Watsons - opening soon (reno complete). Jaya Grocer - opening this weekend (24th Nov). Kam Kee Cafe - reno ongoing. Just some things I saw last weekend. |

Wondering when is VP also, initially saw news say it's gonna be Q2'24. Loan also billed all the way till pre-VP stage.
Have emailed, called, but sales seems to not have any updates except Q2'24 delivery. Wonder what's up hmm. |
