Anytime Fitness - open Baskin Robbins - open Oomph Cafe - open Watsons - opening soon (reno complete). Jaya Grocer - opening this weekend (24th Nov). Kam Kee Cafe - reno ongoing. Just some things I saw last weekend. |

Hi all,
I'm a planning to purchase Tropika but currently only available Type D or Type C in Block C or D. Unfortunately, the Type C units are not facing the golf course. For the price per sqft, it's quite a pricey if there's limited return in the long run (10-20years) My other option is Maple under WCT but really concerned about access issues The property will be for own stay. Any advice? Thank you! |
