For the price, own stay still ok.
If for Investment, think twice lo. Every month top up also bleeding. laugh.gif

Hi all,

I'm a planning to purchase Tropika but currently only available Type D or Type C in Block C or D. Unfortunately, the Type C units are not facing the golf course. For the price per sqft, it's quite a pricey if there's limited return in the long run (10-20years)

My other option is Maple under WCT but really concerned about access issues

The property will be for own stay. Any advice?

What’s the price now? Around 800 psf? Compare to projects asking for that price point and make an informed decision whether others feel the same about this area and would pay to live there. I mean one would expect some sort of price appreciation after 20 years but as has been surmised with the amount of supply prices are suppressed in the short to medium term.
