The finished product looks kinda conservative, quite similar to flat. I'm still waiting for KM2 also by Berjaya but if the design is similar then most probably will opt for other projects.

i think it looks fine. they could’ve chosen a better paint colour though.

This has got to be the best connection to the commercial area for a serviced residences. Almost like Doraemon's pocket. LOL. Certainly wasn't expecting it to lead to the retail lots.

The view and location is offsetting no so good material quality … facilities level not bad … especially for block A and B

The facade and color is really low cost. How much is this psf?

Facilities level is also not impressive, plus having a central lobby is so old school.

Color of main door …leftovers from some other projects. Brown is again very 1990s
