many bought for own stay ... the price bought from developer is cheaper ...below 800psf...and rental also not bad ... 2 rooms 3k... 3 rooms can get 4k...so...you think can buy below SnP price,,, this project majority buyers are Chinese Apek... so...hope you good luck

Is real, can look at property guru

You can list 10k or 20k rental in any platform . Rentable or not is another story . You smart people also not stupid .

Any agent also can list lower than market rate to attract clickbait potential tenant to call and enquiry

Just normal furnished.. not the biggest unit... some owners can get 4k rental with ID furnised.. considered very good when bought around 750k ...compared my other units at The Park ...4k rental nia


I also got landed in BK8 ... will do some renovation and rent out... will post here if rent out...will asking 10k for corner unit... donno can get tenant or not
