heard from friend purchased Seasons Garden has lot of problem, ie lack of maintenance, easy access to the condominium, heavy rain will flood the corridor, still is good to buy this Birch ?

Already being hinted in the report: There is another piece of land adjacent to Court28 where there will be another 2 towers of 386 units. This should be The Birch. Surprisingly only 386 units??? Not sure how true is that.
