I am just guessing because I am not aware of any empty land that within walking distance to Sentul West MRT station...

But u were right.. I recall the DO was for 2 blocks of 300-400 units... But I assume SCP will "upgrade" the plot ratio and density in exchange of more affordable housing for rakyat.

No refuse room is pretty unacceptable to me at this price range and density. Not sure this is naivety or cost cutting measure. Owners need to confront management/developer to solve the issue.
Do they expect each resident bring their own rubbish every morning in the lift?

Based on the total quantity, at least this area not flooded with supply like Kepong and sentul pasar.

So far only has Rica, Birch, court28 and Pano.

It is big land, 30acre. If UOA first phase is the deepest site.. quite far away from MRT station.

However I read UOA plans to link the development to Duke highway.

TR has limited one bedroom units. Sold for less than rm400k. Imo these will be the best performer in subsale and rental upon vp. Literally no competition with any condos around that area.

Decent pricing and layout

And ride on good timing coincide wirh mrt2 completion.

Grade A prop... I still cannot understand so many hype surrounding Solasta. This prop at this pricing will be so much better deal than Solasta.
