2 bedroom size is 600sqft (not 500sqft as reported previously). Thus making the new calculation starting from RM585 per sqft. Potential Graded A property here if according to those sifu grading. Coz The Pano, Court 28 and Rica all launching much higher price.
Expected the layout to be similar to Traders Garden Residence (their another new launch project in Cheras).

Grade A prop... I still cannot understand so many hype surrounding Solasta. This prop at this pricing will be so much better deal than Solasta.
