I recall some of the developer sales staff will go as far as to say that the SPA price will increase when they launch after the election.

I'll just chalk it down more to marketing gimmick than actual sales direction, tho. Still remember that The Era maintained their price after their actual launch.

- size 500-850sqft
- total units 681 in 2 blocks
- land size 1.8acre
- average selling price rm650psf
- expected launching 1qtr next year

It's cheap!!! Court 28 selling up to 700psf only left below 30units now, you can check with them smile.gif

I like the unit size starts from 500sqft which currently not available in other development.

I think usually the advertised psf in newspaper is gross b4 rebate
