suddently jln ipoh + jln sentul pasar so many new upcoming projects.

im assuming this is somewhere behind viva residence. indeed walking distance to future mrt station.
better call it the bird2 tongue.gif

sorry, just generalizing :

most condo's around klang valley these days ASK 1.5k-2k.
coz most tenant/people mostly can afford within this range. higher then this, just a few lucky chaps biggrin.gif sweat.gif

1)I think it's walkable. chances of getting mugged , i'd say unlikely hmm.gif Once MRT is up + additional CCTV around that area should be good
