PPA1M kepong is one of the better PPA1M end product for now (minus the location of course, the close proximity with HTC).

Anyone considering this project at Sentul?
https://www.ppa1m.gov.my/project/details/ZaM4tNRge9rPxnERa Main draw for me is the proximity to the LRT. I haven't checked out the site though, so I'm not sure if it's walking distance. All comes down to S&P that you signed. No matter what minister says verbally, terms and conditions cannot be changed as and when the minister wishes to. S&P is still legally binding.
