I bought and staying in Bayu Sentul, which is a darn stupid decision ever. Con developer with terrible workmanship and not responsive to design defects / flaw.... If you do not believe just pay a visit to current built up, Bayu Sentul with the Brochure given by Melati, come and witness on your own. By paying over RM420/sqft and 0.25 maintenance fee, come and witness the final end product, you will surely convinced , its a fucked up project by a poor irresponsible developer

please check the workdone of this developer before decide whether to think of Bayu Andaman. Shit and poor built up, after sales defects work are non been carried out, lousy designer.... not worth for any value investment .... stupid developer.... please come to bayu sentul to verify the comments, need not us to exaggerate the issues

I saw the video preview of the unit / balcony / parking /community hall at their facebook group. Not bad I think. the balcony is really big coz include with AC Ledge area.

fyi when you heard the application re-open is due to unsuccessful loan application.
thats why it keeps re-open until all units sold out. btw sorry to hear for buyers having bad experience with the developer. but for me, other than developer, you should also check on the contractor track record. bayu 360 & bayu andaman although same developer, but different contractor. |

Not all due to loan problem. Another reason is the purchasers themselves retracted from proceed to buy after balloted for a unit.
Legal fees not covered by the developer. Very limited bank panel for this project and LPPSA. I think only got 4 banks as option. Only high floor units left. Got 3 type of layout here. All similar at 1000sqft. Currently open application is for batch #9. Keys handover soon within this month. |
