Only got info on RUMAHWIP. Renting clause is not stated in RUMAHWIP SPA. Only stated restriction in renting in the RUMAHWIP website which can be alter/change anytime. |

No point of you going to the ppa1m office because based on their operating procedure: they need to wait for 2weeks for applicants to accept or reject the offer. Once it's finalised : namelist will be given to the developer. It will be issued on 18th January 2018 for Sofiya residensi.
