PPA1M Brickfields closing date 15 Feb.
Friend just submitted application. Number is 8000 plus now.
Good luck. Getting a unit is like kena lottery jackpot.

90k one ceiling cap basic pay at rm1500. Doubt got many government servant with such low pay.

No change on any rule.
But yes to your question. Can rent out. Here the market for PPA1M Bukit Jalil:

1000 sqft, rental RM950.
Bought at 150k.
Yield = 7.6%

Assume taking government loan, 4% 30 years, monthly repayment RM716.
Monthly maintenance fees at 0.15 psf + 10% sinking fund = RM165
Positive cash flow monthly = RM 69 (but if add in yearly fire insurance, cukai, etc, this will be gone. so just break even only)

With the same 300k, you only get 850sqft RUMAHWIP VISTA OUG. But for PPA1M, you are getting a 1500 sqft unit at the same price. The difference is huge.

Well, if you like the location, then go ahead.

For all you know, the highest chance to get it is the 90k units. Due to the cap in the pay. You need to be RM1500 and below to apply the 90k ones. And I doubt got many applicants out there who actually qualify that criteria.

No need to follow all those guru / sifu teaching. For all you know, you can only afford to own one and only one house. So by all mean, just use the LPPSA government loan.

Those sifu will let you know is a waste, sayang if you use LPPSA for first house.
Another reason they will mention is, later in your career, wait for few increment in your pay, can use LPPSA to buy much expensive house.
Ini semua mengarut punya statement. Ajaran sesat.

PPA1M kepong is one of the better PPA1M end product for now (minus the location of course, the close proximity with HTC).
QLASSIC score of 76%.

New condo completed at the same time like lakepark, ecosky and lakeville gonna burn.

Just a simple search "PPA1M" at mudah.my returning back 50+ results. Wow. One following another. All taking advantage.

It is no where near LRT station. Not walking distance.

This PPA1M should be the rare only one that come with condo facilities such as swimming pool. Others PPA1M more like medium cost apartment standard with only the security guard as main facility.

Is not stated anywhere in the web site or any legal documents. Not even stated in the S&P.

Yes, you will get back the money if you pay up 10% on your own before this.
Best is to refer to the lawyer. They will advice you better on this.
