Is a completing soon project.
Look no different than the new PPR flat located just beside. Is best to go there and see for yourself.

Another lelong unit check in from PPA1M Metropolitan Kepong. This time big size unit.
Lelong reserve price same price as launching price. But most probably will need to have high budget to win this unit. Owner will still untung in the end if not managed to save his unit from auction (same like rumahwip gurneymas unit sold in auction last week).

LPPSA purely base on your pay slip only. Other record on CCRIS will not be check.

You can even calculate on your own whether can get approval or not base on what stated on your pay slip.

Yes if you actually do plan to own 3 properties. That should be the best way.
1st house - bank loan - 90% MOF
2nd house - bank loan - 90% MOF
3rd house - gov loan - 100% MOF

But for most people 1 or 2 property is more enough.

Is a near completed project. You can go to the site and visit yourself. See for yourself. Then decide whether is worth it or not.

PPA1M Bayu Andaman now reopen once again: http://www.ppam.gov.my/project/ZaM4tNRge9rPxnERa
Seems like not able to attract applicants.
Guess even after VP completed also will still reopen yet another time to receive applications.

Unit sold at reserve price 330k just now.
Single bidder won unchallenged.
Vacant unit currently but already did some renovation like install grill at the front. Nobody stay before.
Good catch.

Defaulter owner is a well known dentist at KPJ giving talk from time to time. Not sure what happen. Maybe she stop working with the government that's why no longer entitle for LPPSA. Either need to sell or refinance to bank loan.
