For military already got. Ppa1m ltat bukit jalil. But low respond it seems so they now open up to all. Can apply at ppa1m website.

As long as you are able to secure bank loan / cash for the unit, I dont think got any problem as you already passed the qualification filter process.
Anything after that is between you and the developer of the project.

By the way, not all applied got it.

Good catch if buyer is non gov personnel therefore not qualify to get PPA1M units. Seriously only PPA1M project offering such big size unit.

Existing project that yet to kick off also dont know what gonna happen. No progress. And no update.
Example: PPA1M Brickfields and also the project cater for Tentera known as SASAR @ opposite TBS.

Once again cheap lelong unit from PPA1M project available.
Anyone can buy from lelong market. Dont have to be 1st home buyer. Dont have to be government servant. No income restirction etc.

This time in KL address.
This is not low cost flat. This is affordable home.
Lelong at launching price. 90k for 850sqft unit.

At the lelong unit which is at PPA1M Kepong, I would say more than half units there owners rented out, didnt stay. Some even handover to subletter to manage by rent out per room / per head basis there.

Yeah LPPSA value only at 90k. Anything beyond possible not able to get loan. Need use cash for anything above 90k. Need to search all other banks see. Maybe got bank value this unit higher. Need to check.

Well, yes. You can argue say no enforcement carried out.

2. Restriction in renting out not stated in the S&P. Here the latest regulation taken and stated for PPAM OUG:

Same as rumahwip as well. Legally not able to take action to those renting out. Not stated anywhere restriction in renting.

Yes, Trifolia = PPA1M. 900sqft for 198k.

Own stay still a very good buy. 1200sqft for 240k. Walkable to LRT. Medium cost apartment. Not able to find in the market today. Even older apartment subsale also hard to get at that size and pricing.

The military ones: PPA1M Taman LTAT. Majority still own by military personnel. Only selected units open up to others. No idea on the site progress tho.
