nothing is certain. even normal condos ntg is for sure. is up to you to take the risk or not for undercon projects.

Nowadays even took the risks also not necessarily get rewarded.

But SP Selasih case doesn't seem being publicize widely.

Gov servant cannot talk much in public forum, social media..... else later affect their work path.
so diam diam and terima sahaja lol. Pity pity.
In media telling the world built house and sell cheaper 30% to gov servant, in actual helping crony to get rolling during this bad market time. Built this type of house and push to gov servant lol.

DPC is in a matured and atas neighbourhood. Left right front back all luxury condos. They wouldn't be stupid to shoot themselves in the foot by producing subpar stuff.

Compared to other PPA1M which are not in atas area. Sofiya is the only PPA1M worth the gamble for me. hmm.gif

Doesn’t matter bro. Developer will try to finish it with the lowest cost. It happened in most ppa1m houses. How certain are you sofya will be any different?

After all, the house is for gov servants. And u know we won’t complain much.

Proven track record is one thing. But the acid test is the maintenance. After developer build, if the JMB don't take care, the property will run down. Number of cleaners, guards, etc. And whether owners pay the "exorbitant" maintenance fee.

Jmb rely heavily on homeowners. If many not playing noone can blame anyone. Pray harder all civil servants r civil minded.

Got offer letter last 2 days, PPA1M Bkt Jalil (nearby stadium) Type B 1200sqft 260k. I think i got loan rejected unit since the project will be completed on August 2018. I applied on 15 Nov, same last day application with Sofia DPC.

Bukit jalil PPA1M is target handover coming few months. Not later than Mac 2018.
