This year's Ferrari is the role example of "how to lose championship race with greatest and fastest car".
I bet those working on factory will be low morale losing the championship this way. |

Bottas should've overtake the back-markers and pressure Vettel... now Vettel manage to finish without pitting again.

Rather boring race apart from some small moments when MV managed to get in front of Seb and had a go at Ham in traffic, plus some brain fade moments from Perez. Top 6 stays as they were in the grid. Alonso made the most places yet barely noticeable on the screen.
So now 40 pts ahead, from now on mathematically Ham actually only need 1 more win then afterwards he can stay just right behind Seb in the rest of the races to win the title. |

That's why I'm never as confident as you that Seb & Ferrari will win this year. I bet those working on factory will be low morale losing the championship this way. |

QUOTE(PowerSlide @ Sep 17 2018, 12:38 AM) Yup, Seb & Ferrari surely can still reduce some points gap but to win will take a major blunder or at least 1 non score from Ham which is tough.QUOTE(skylinelover @ Sep 17 2018, 08:22 AM) F1 is dead hahahaha If F1 cars in will look like the 3 concept cars presented by Brawn then F1 will still be more than alive coz those cars look amazing! Coupled maybe with simpler regulations on engine or using traditional engines then that would be excellent.Watch youtube highlights is more than enough OT : When is the fucking bathurst race? Next is Bathurst on Oct 7. Yeah I follow this series closely, pretty interesting competition. I used to follow Blancpain GT but not anymore coz the schedules are not consistently shown on TV. Yo, Vettel-Ferrari planning to win all the 6 remaining races. I guess they may extract all their powerful PU juices? Hopefully it's reliable enough while able to sapu Mercedes on straights. Achieving this will make their PU crown the greatest hybrid PU, haha.

Ferrari and merc are very evenly matched, now all boils down to driver which make less mistake and by saying that, it need to be mentally strong.
Seems to me lewis has that now and it's all for him to lose it. I guess the championship is over and just gave him the trophy already but still i hope there's more drama towards the end at least can have an entertaining weekend show to watch. |

Yes agree, the difference between the 2 cars is not that big even though Ferrari seems to still have the advantage in general. So driver's and team's performance are still a major factor and this is where Seb & Ferrari have been failing. In the next few tracks, I'm not even surprised if Merc can be on pole again as the advantage can swing between tracks.Seems to me lewis has that now and it's all for him to lose it. QUOTE(69420666 @ Sep 23 2018, 04:42 PM) Judging from his performances so far, maybe can but who knows. Jean Alesi was also very spectacular during his first year with Tyrell but then when he quickly got recruited by Ferrari in the 2nd year, he got trounced by Prost and then barely able to match Berger until fading away with just only a single lucky win in his entire F1 career. |
