QUOTE(Aydee @ Oct 8 2018, 04:45 PM) Missed most of the race, Moto3, Moto2, MotoGP was too exciting to be missed I recorded both from Astro so I watched the MotoGP first then F1. Yeah at least in MotoGP even though championship fight is also gone already, the race-by-race fight for win is still a lot closer. In F1, if Seb did not crash with Max, he would have been in front of Bottas and much closer to Ham to maybe have a race. Alas, even though the crash seems 50/50, again Seb came out worse. Good though that Seb is still a racer at heart, following Senna's mantra "If you don't go for a gap that exist, you're no longer a racing driver!"

QUOTE(6UE5T @ Oct 6 2018, 10:42 PM) Again another set of costly mistake by BOTH Ferrari as a team and Seb the driver. I don't think I can recall any top team and driver making so many mistakes in one season! QUOTE(6UE5T @ Oct 8 2018, 11:31 AM) Just too many mistakes from both Ferrari & Seb through out the season, while Mercs always able to capitalize big time on those mistakes. Germany is the final nail in the red coffin

QUOTE(skylinelover @ Oct 8 2018, 05:38 PM) Haha the alonso effect just kicked in yo Alonso better because at least he able 2 finish 2nd twice in his 5 years racing red Seb also will finish 2nd twice by this year. What makes Alonso looks a bit more favorable in comparison to Seb during their Ferrari era so far is that Alonso never seemed to have the fastest car to equal RB during any of his 5 season and yet he came so close in the points. Seb at least for this year seems to have at least equal fastest car yet he is so far down in the points. QUOTE(skylinelover @ Oct 8 2018, 05:40 PM) Germany is the final nail in the red coffin Nope, from Germany Seb still had a wide open chance to catch up. It's Monza that put the nails in his coffin.

Agreed about Monza result being the nail in the coffin because it kinda proved that whatever apparent power advantage that Ferrari had was all but gone. Next 2 races in US and Mexico are quite power-oriented tracks. I'm afraid the Mercs will just shame Ferrari even further

Next 2 races in US and Mexico are quite power-oriented tracks. I'm afraid the Mercs will just shame Ferrari even further Monza was the last race where Ferrari may still had a slight car advantage but they screwed up. Singapore though was the race where Mercs started to gain back their advantage.

Now more interesting to just watch the Australian Supercar Championship coz still tight. Just watched the Bathurst 1000, a lot more entertaining especially since Craig Lowndes managed to win it again on his farewell season.

Getting Started

|
Mick Schumacher just won the european F3 title. It'll be fun to see him in F2 next year.
Next stop: Macau GP (would like to see him winning it like his dad).

JW is even more successful with all time record wins and titles but still only 4 Bathurst wins compared to CL's 7. CL has never been able to beat JW for the season title during their time together in 888 but JW is like 1 generation younger than CL. Now JW is facing the same challenge with the younger SVG.

QUOTE(skylinelover @ Oct 14 2018, 07:02 PM) Haha interesting So CL is bathurst king then Bathurst record winner is Peter Brock with 9 wins but CL is the most successful of the active drivers with 7. He is retiring from full time driving after this year but he will continue as the 2nd driver for 888 in endurance races, either partnering JW or SVG. So still great chances that he will match or even beat Brock's Bathurst record.

So they said ferrari able to regain its lost speed after removed recent upgrade items. seems those upgrades does not function as desired and dragging the performance especially on tyre management. Hopefully they able to sapu winning all the remaining races.

Yay, Ferrari is back to competitive force. Too bad the previous upgrade messed up their performance, else the championship race will be ongoing and tight..
