Stupid Ookyo keep giving me the missing base plan issue on the last active day of my monthly data plan, and the stupid CS never respond on time and have to waste my remaining data quota and the hassle of cannot surf the net and use other apps beside the 4 chosen unlimited apps, already lodge MCMC report for this.

Do raise a support ticket to demand for compensation due to missing base plan and not getting prompt response after filed to customer support.
For my case I get RM6 credit as waiver.
Anyway my MCMC report not getting process yet.

Happened to me twice in a roll (June & July), customer support refuse to make any compensation this time. Their customer service try to cheat MCMC by saying they will solve the issue and dare to close the ticket without resolution.
I immediately reopen again and attached with new evidence on base plan missing after they closed the ticket, I am accumulating those evidence on my existing ticket and will directly call MCMC to highlight if still have recurrence.
