Can anyone please confirm this. Currently, I've RM300++ of Hotlink credit, if I port over to ookyo, the credit will be transferred over too?

If yes, do I still have to reload every month? Or I can just make used of the balance credits. Thanks.

Same here. Now missing base plan on the last active day of my monthly data plan too. Feedback through fuzzy. But haven't got a reply yet. I'd auto-renew enabled. Not sure what to do now.

Every month when it comes to renewal, sure base plan gone missing. Sick and tired with Ookyo already. Not sure how long have to wait this round.
