Its Japanese brand so definitely there's SOP. But becoz its not charged in into the service chit, so pomen unable to take out a bottle of coolant (cost) for use unless customer agrees to pay extra.What the service center should do is add De-ionised (DI) water instead of tap water.
Unless there's a leak, what was lost in system is water evaporation, so adding more coolant mix just increases coolant %. No right or wrong, but higher coolant concentration is usually for cold climate countries to prevent radiator freeze. It may make the radiator thermal dissipation rate slower thou. Tropical standard coolant/water mix is 50/50.
