I never heard of him as well. But since Oneplus sent him the review unit, I guess he should be kind of famous to a certain extent?

I was considering downgrade from Pixel 2 to this Oneplus 5T.

Indeed, I was so suprised that he'd really never read that "Reviewer's Guide" until he uploaded the video.
For those who'd doing everything from shooting, video editing and uploading alone, gonna cost lots of time.
Yet he skipped the guide.

He's definitely getting into trouble. Oneplus should be able to sue this Karl over his stupidness, making Oneplus 5T lost most of the hype Carl Pei building over weeks back.

He's kinda famous among Apple's product. He got some crowd he can persuade, so Oneplus should grab the oppurtunity. And Oneplus got backfired.

Well, this 'stunt' would definately make him famous now. Not to mention the hits he will get on his page.

Pixel 2? Seriously? I wouldn't consider changing from a Pixel 2 to an OP5T to be a downgrade. The only thing worth mentioning about the Pixel 2 would be its overblown ego thinking it on the same level of playing field of the Apple Iphone.

P10 has better camera over op5 but op5 is more snappier than p10+ and i find that P10+ is heavier than OP5..so now Op5 has become my daily driver while P10+ as spare phone..

Lets launch it here.. the price would be pretty much the same with OP5.

3+ months using OP5, holding up pretty well. Average at about 6 hours of SOT everyday. I only charge my phone once per day usually. Morning 7am unplug, work whole day and still can have 50% at least at 6.30pm. Max I got on Wifi usage is 7 hours SOT with 20% remaining (which probably will result in about 8 hours at 0%).

Yeah, I guess that wasn't downgrade nor upgrade, just changing ships between brands and phones.
This applied to others SD835 like Mi Mix 2, Mi6, OP5, OP5T, U11 and so on. All come with little different here and there.

Yeah Pixel 2/2XL is indeed very expensive, similar price game to Iphones, and the best thing about Android eco-system is, we got lots of choices to pick from super expensive Pixel 2 XL to cheapest SD835, Xiaomi Mi6. Onepluse 5 in between.

Should have noticed this thread earlier...haizzz. Bought at higher price, nevertheless no regrets because this phone is superb.

Currently using Google Camera HDR+, big differences as compared to stock. How you guys get around issues like number counter (missed messages count on icon) for whatsapp? Is using "Notifyer" the fastest way? I don't wanna root my device.
