Hey guys, just want to let you guys know that currently Oneplus 5 is out of stock according to their official site. Most medias said it indicated that Oneplus is going to discontinue OP5 production line very soon and going full force into OP5T or OP6 production.
No confirmation from Oneplus. May be it's false alarm. But cannot deny that it's kind of rare to see this "out of stock" status on their website (1st time perhaps?). Anyway, just some food of thoughts for the people who are waiting eagerly for the next generation of Oneplus as rumor said OP6 will be following the 18:9 ratio trend.

From my POV, it's just another new OP5, with 18:9 ratio. If one is holding OP5 and not really keen to the 18:9 ratio, then better stick to it until OP6 release.
Of course he took down the video since he already broke the embargo. Technically he is getting himself in troubles now since he uploaded the review video before the official release day, which is kind of stupid. Can't believe that such a veteran (more than 2 years in the field) tech reviewer would have done such a crazy move.
Anyway, it's too late now because many tech youtubers have downloaded the original video and reuploaded the whole thing into youtube (for viewer counts of course).

Glad to know that. Hopefully, not that far from Note8.
Nope. It's still far from Note 8 if compare them side by side (obviously based on the price point). But the good news is, OP5T is using one of the top tier quality Amoled screen. Based on the reviews from various tech reviewers, Note 8 & iPhone X are the best, while OP5T is the next.

The photos of the upcoming OP6 are leaked. Apparently they follow iPhone X notch design. Huawei P20 also follow the same design. Looks like more and more China brand smartphone will follow this trend in year 2018.

I also confused. Haha hahha.. which part of my statement wrong?
I read your statement 3 times. All of them are correct. So I also don't know why he said you don't know what you are talking about. Probably reply to the wrong person?
but nobody complaint mate 10 pro AMOLED it's same with op5T display...lol....
No. They are not the same. Mate 10 Pro Amoled is not manufactured by Samsung, while OP5T is using Samsung manufactured Amoled. IINM, Mate 10 Pro screen is less pixelated compared to OP5t.
Actually I wouldn't say it's lousy. In fact, the Amoled panel OPT5 using is the 3rd best. The best and 2nd best are Samsung flagships and iPhone X respectively. (All these 3 are using the Samsung display).
However, even OP5T is using the 3rd best display panel from Samsung, their quality is still far behind from those best 2. What to do. This is business 101. Of course Samsung as the manufacturer and also one of the biggest players in the market, would have saved the best to themselves. As long as Oneplus is still relying on other manufacturer, there's nothing they can do about it. Unless they are willing to fork out a huge amount of money to get the best display from Samsung, just like how Apple did last year.
