Got my set from Qoo10. It arrived safely a without box dents and phone damage. Receipt provided.

Phone is at 70% on opening with a basic screen protector (not tempered glass)

8 points from my period of use:-

1. the phone executes commands very fast. Software optimized at its best;
2. very portable - light weight and thin. Great build quality. Corners can be reached but slippery. Get a case;
3. Jello effect is there if you try to see it. It is not obvious without attempt to notice. No headaches, no pain in the eyes, and no annoyance;
4. battery life is great. From the 70% charge, I used till 20% before charging it to 100% as at 5.45 p.m.(13.9.2017). At 12 p.m. (14.9.2017), it was at 10% and I am still using it for calls.
5. Dash Charge is fast. You might be thinking its just fast, but its really faster;
6. clear call quality;
7. camera is superb, but not the best. There's the champion, this is the runner-up; and
8. for the speaker-heads, this speaker on the OnePlus 5 is loud and clear but its not front facing.

In short, it's a practical phone for everyday use.

Been using my OP5 for 4 days. Been taking pictures and videos as well. My take :

Performance :
OMG... Fastest phone I've used. It's even faster then my wife's iPhone 7. No lag or hiccup ever and with more then 20+ apps on background. And it's definitely way snappier then my P10

Battery :
The first time I'm trying to kill a phone battery base on my day to.day usage. I'm impressed honestly. By night, I still have 51% then I try to game on it for an hour or so, left with 45%. Left it over night with no charging and morning it's at 42%. Plug in and less then an hour I'm at full. Very happy 😄

Camera :
Been taking lots of shots and comparing it to my P10. Now little disclaimer... I'm not a photographer not a crazy intagram user. I just take photos of family or random scenes. Everything I took was on auto with just point and shot.
Day time shots outdoors : very good and less over saturated compared to my P10. Bokeh was also as good, just can't get to adjust it after the shot like on my P10.
Day time shot under shaded environment : very good shots only with occasional soft pictures of my hand shaked. P10 handled slightly better as it has OIS. Colors more natural with good balance. P10 again, over saturated.
Evening or indoor artificial lighting : this is where OnePlus needs to beef up the software. Pictures can tend to come out softer unless your hands are steady and once you get use to how to take pictures with the OP5, it's less of a problem. P10 wins here because of the OIS. The over saturation is still present in the P10 however. Not to say the OP5 cannot get sharp images, it just takes more effort. Which means fast moving shots are a no go.
Video : again disclaimer - I don't record in 4k as I don't see the point. On my wife's iPhone 7, my P10, both can do 4k but never used it. Always on 1080p 60fps.
Day time video under sunlight : 1080p 30fps, the footage is great, very stable. Cropping is present and part of the framing is lost. Definitely usable. Once you can estimate how much of the frame is cropped, it's fine as you know how to record. I don't use 60fps as it does not have EIS yet. Here hands down, iPhone 7 wins easily.
Indoor or artificial lighting : my results are the same for stability, video sharpness drop a bit. I would say still usable. Again iPhone 7 is far superior here.
Both environment above, P10 video image quality is above OP5, below iPhone 7 BUT, the stabilization has a weird jerkiness to it.

And another thing.... The OP5 didn't really heat up when I was using my camera under the harsh sunlight here is PJ as you all know except for Sunday super heavy rain. I can't say the same for both iPhone 7 and P10. Especially the P10. It heated up so fast I had to stop using it. The heat generates combined with the sun radiance cause it phone be hot to hold especially near the camera module when the motherboard is located. iPhone 7 also heated up pretty hot... But worst is that battery started to drop like crazy on the iPhone. So yeah.. what's the point of awesome camera if you cannot use it more then 3 minutes and have to stop shooting due to the phone heating up?

So there are my thoughts after 4 days. Would I recommend the OP5. Oh yes indeed. Especially if you are coming from and older phone or you have heating issues with current phone or battery issues with current phone. Not perfect (missing OIS, water resistance, expansion SD slot), but still an awesome phone.

PS. Yes I still notice slight jelly, but I don't notice it after day 2. If I look Hard for it, I see it again. Day to day use don't see it any more.

Add on review about this phone's feeling on my hand (upgraded from a smaller Nexus 5):
- Very thinnnn, very premium feel
- Back cover is very smooth and slippery, I always feel like I will drop it
- This things feels a lot bigger and heavier than nexus 5. Still very not used to one handed usage. Because it's very thin as well. The top part feels slightly heavier than bottom part, so if I don't hold/grip it properly with some fingers, it feels like it might topple over to the back if I use it inclined in some way.

I am a person who supports naked phone - never used a case for my blackberry, Nexus 4, Nexus 5. Now I am using a TPU case from Taobao (luckily a pretty good one!) because I feel like I will just drop it more frequently than my nexus 5.
