Satyam is not that bad. For freshies, it's a good starting place. You will have good mentor that willing to teach and share their knowledge. The culture for learning in this company is really good.

If you are looking for a job that can travel, it's even better. I have colleagues that are going to Kuwait this month.

Well, for some people, they maybe not that lucky. They under some project managers that are bad tempered or maybe bad project management skill. Then they suffer.

LightEnchanter, please correct if i am wrong. tongue.gif

It depands on your experiences and your negotiation skills. In terms of benefits, you will need to ask them to explain to you because over here, you will get better benefits if you stay longer. So far, they cover medical expenses (immediate), dental check-up expenses (eligible after 3 months) and even optical expenses (eligible after one year). If you are working in cyberjaya, you will be given rm300 for transportation allowance.

However, the annual leave at Satyam is only 10 days and is on pro-rated basis.

Hi!
If Satyam offer me a job with less salary than my current employer, Wud I accept this offer?
The factors are:
My current employer is not a IT company
Im the One man army.
leavewise good, and No pressure, flexi.
No bonus.

How abt the Satyam..regarding benefits and Bonus?

Offcourse not join. Here no bonus. Annual leave is the fewest among MNC. Pressure is depanding on your project.

Agree with atria83, in any company, regardless of its size(well, unless 1-man show, ohh.. maybe some1 would stab their own back? blink.gif ), you can find different type of people.
