there are 3 processes of the interview:
1) IQ test, basically just some simple maths
2) group discussion, they'll give you a question , then u discuss among the candidates(e.g: Is Msia truly Asia?)
3)Interview by some technical guy
4)Interview again by boss
I'm currently working in this company, being honest with you , if you have another option , go for it. It isn't as good as you thought or as what they've claimed.
They do not have much projects pending, in fact they are a lot of us still sitting on the bench doing nothing, wasting time.....
The turn over rate in this company is very very very high , one month at least few ppl cabut , im leaving soon.
The HR doesnt care much about your welfare and benefits, they just want you to work work work and work. If you are looking for a job as Software Engineer/Developer(either Java or .NET), this company is not a good choice , in fact they are expanding their datawarehousing team, for development team ....you join and you sit, cause no project as what i've mentioned just now.
One thing good about this company is high pay , they will offer you at a range above average, but no bonus, no OT and yearly increment is very very little. You calculate yourself la ....
Another thing is they provide freshgrads with 3 months of training, this include data structures, j2ee, sql, presentation skills and bla bla bla. My suggestion to anyone that is planning to join this company, you can take the course for first 3 months, then leave ...cause the course is quite beneficial.
That's all i have to say , i'm strongly advise you all to join other company. However, it's your decision............
