Satyam company, Interview process?

Hi!
If Satyam offer me a job with less salary than my current employer, Wud I accept this offer? The factors are: My current employer is not a IT company Im the One man army. leavewise good, and No pressure, flexi. No bonus. How abt the Satyam..regarding benefits and Bonus? |
