i went to the walk-in interview at my Uni.. give resume, sit for 2 tests, then they let u know if u are through for the next interview.

even if ur not interested in working for a company, just go for the interview. at least ull get the experience and u wont feel nervous when u are interviewed for the job u really want. thats what i did wink.gif easier to go for recruitments held at ur uni / college.

So, u mean no other benefits, what abt the travel allowace and sick leave...?shares etc...what will be the salary range for experienced .net developer??

reg,
shah

there are other benefits like medical, dental, eye and etc. For sick leave, i think is 15 days...if i am not wrong... tongue.gif

Salary range for .net developer, it depands on how many years of experience you have. 1-3 year consider as Junior. 3-5 years as Senior. Beyond that, i don't know...tongue.gif According to my .net colleagues, the salary is above market price. How much is it...i am not sure.

how's the working environment in satyam? everyone is provided with laptop or not? or using desktop? I dun think all those people working there r indian? or majority all indians?
*
Working environment is good. Seniors are nice and willing to share their knowledge.

Well, again it's depand on your project. Most of the time, people feel very demotivated when they have a very bad Project Manager. I experienced that for a short period. That's damn f!@#...

For Malaysia Office, majority are Malaysians...

They will provide laptop when there is a need like working for onsite projects.

3-4 years.

No contractual bonus, at least i never hear of it from any of my colleagues.

Annual increment is depanding on your performance, unit performance, circle performance and company performance.

There were a few dozens of people, some came early, some came after work.

The interview session was just am informal chit chat. He was just there to shortlist people.
