Kv property bullrun 2012-2014 was fuelled by cheap and easy credit, a fallout of u.s qe, which unlikely to occur in foreseeable future.
By about 2030, Malaysia will become a ageing nation. If Japan is any precedent, property will be on a long downtrend.
Greed was the main cause for the herd to join bullrun. Historically, those didn't exit the bull run in time, most will end up worst than the beginning.
At current market sentiment, Bitcoin has a higher chance to price rise than property.

Leverage was the reason to cause many to 14th. Floor,. Most invest in property with bank loan and leverage on property is far greater than stocks. Property price is illiquid, price takes years to bottom. Hence, for certain there will be flippers 14th floor.
