My take? Still got lots of unsold units in SB and WS3 maybe. So use R10 to bring the tide up. They did this before, using CP to push WS3.

How they play this game house always wins. China buyers coming in. All this they will build momentum then launch Lakecity. Maybe then they play launch here and there. Hahaha. Looks like musical chairs.

Capland's strength lies in shopping centres and Class A office towers. Condos okok only. Zehn @ Pantai and Genkl @ OKR, in Malaysia okok only. Sinkapour, okok also. But their Raffles City and Ion, can say is quite successful. Serviced apts like Ascott, not bad.

Never before PPSB build a showhouse before the launch. And why build a showroom when there's one already? Looks to me it will be a permanent feature and will be converted to commercial and extended to the R10 site. Anyway, TCSS nia.

No owner will complain if the price double from now, even if it means doubling of population. By then we would already sold and retire somewhere else.
