Construction update (when I say done, I mean they’ve reached that floor. Not that they’ve finished all the work on the structure of that floor):

Tower A stack 1 working on 44th floor (final residential) missing the roof top garden. Else tower A structure done

Tower B stacks 5, 6, 7 all done incl rooftops. Stack 3,4,8,9 at 47th floor missing 2 floors incl rooftop. Stacks 1 and 2 at 48th floor missing 7 floors incl rooftop

By right should be Jul/Aug 2023. Due to MCO, extended another 6 months. Projected to be Jan/Feb 2024.
