Master plan is alwiz there n alterations took place for time to time to cater the needs as of the actual demographic in dpc at the particular time.
Countless changes along the way but the competed dpc in the near future should still built by the principal of providing the convenience within the township as well as making it a self sustaining community.
We shall see within 2 yrs after PR is vped on how to improvise the town center as well as selecting the tenant profiles in noora commi.
Gratz to all PR owners n welcome all to dpc but pls dun let ur dogs run freely without leash or jog and cycle in the middle of the road. Tats hazardous.

Sadly what was published as promising outlook is not turning to be how itβs built The front (so called Grand Entrance) which was supposed to be like this but turning out rather different. The font, materials, size and the look of the brick wall where the βPark Regentβ word is, is completely different. Missing βby the waterβ and replaced with minuscule sized blank Arial address.

βArtist impressionβ But true abit disappointed with the actual grand entrance outcome. Maybe owners can reflects and developer will do the rest like previously WS3 changes the font size and look of brick wall. |

When I saw it..my first statement came out was WTF . 1. bad Choice of selection for the background stone tiles 2. Address...do you really need that on the signage. Unless this is an office block. 3. "by the water" tag line is missing 4. Planter box plant selection....bad taste. Would recommend Colocasia if want green leaf OR Hibiscus rosa-sinensis with different colours for flower plant.
