The front (so called Grand Entrance) which was supposed to be like this but turning out rather different.

The font, materials, size and the look of the brick wall where the “Park Regent” word is, is completely different. Missing “by the water” and replaced with minuscule sized blank Arial address.[attachmentid=11481247]
