Nice….desa park has taken condo psf to the next level

However, one thing I noticed. Rooms are small despite a 2900 sf unit especially the master bed room

But the room part is more towards some big size units. Mid n smaller size n those jumbo units mostly hav vely decent size in rooms.

I agreed. Type D master bedroom is small. And the master bed bathroom is too big. I would prefer it to be smaller the bathroom and give the space to the bedroom

2900 sf after deducting hugemongous balconies and lifts foyer… dwelling area should be around 1900sf…

Sibling just VP-ed earlier this week. Facility deck was amazing. Workmanship and material provided for the unit was top quality as well.

Entrance guardhouse area of Park Regent is a let down.

Management office allowed us to install Glass Curtain. But they don’t allow me to remove the sliding door. How? Anything can be done? Headache.

I blif the glass curtain is allowed if clear colour but not the tinted type

And no curtains allowed to be installed at balcony area.

If u remove the sliding doors I would assumed u ll install curtains beyond the sliding door???

It's a facade change if I'm korek

Maybe bossi wanna find out more to avoid any stop work order???

Yah. Can install glass curtain at the balcony and blinds also can be fix. Management already provided the guideline for this. Glass curtain is clear type. You are korek boss.

How to find out more? If management don’t allow to remove the balcony sliding door, then no point to install the glass curtain Liao. Wanted to use that space as part of the hall. The small balcony I mean.

How does this glass curtain looks like? Any picture/ brand/ company?

Wah, very luxurious indeed this Park Regent. Power.

Both videos are showing type E1. The most sought after type for now.

Not as big as type F1 or F2 but more versatile and advantage over all type D with an additional dry kitchen.

A perfect size for family. Superb lake view from the big balcony and lotsa green view from the small balcony.

Bravo to all owners of type E1💪💪💪
