Long leg short leg most if not all dpc condos have their own design to cater to all owners. Afterall Sui sui design surely gain more popular votes but end day the practicality counts.

PR is the higher end product tat the gdv allows some magic n ppsb has done a pretty gd job in tis magic show

Wat v should care or hope is the future products to complement the entire dpc. 🙏🙏🙏

Yes, practicality and sustainability is important.
Fancy fancy but cost a bomb to maintain will only burden the residents in the long run.

So high, I wonder how PR lobby area will be everytime it rains. Rain water will splash into the lobby area especially nowdays when thunderstorm.

Future products need to offer something that can add value to the development. It has to meet the demands of prospective buyers and at the same time offer a unique living experience that is practical and sustainable.

Yeah agree with you LongShot boss.

Developer should focus more on value added on the development that most owners would prefer rather than just purely aesthetics, that wouldn’t be beneficial in long run. Looking forwards to see how DPC architects play magics by accomodating both practicality(easy to maintain) yet getting to enjoy luxurious living experience for future residents.
