My take? Still got lots of unsold units in SB and WS3 maybe. So use R10 to bring the tide up. They did this before, using CP to push WS3.

How they play this game house always wins. China buyers coming in. All this they will build momentum then launch Lakecity. Maybe then they play launch here and there. Hahaha. Looks like musical chairs.

How many units is this development?
The current access road is single carriageway and can it support the traffic once the condo is occupied? Any plans to convert like a dual carriage way like the road in front of Nadia, Adiva & Levenue?

Low density within parcel. Mid high density within DPC

Unless we have data on gross vs nett density
