Boss noone can predict the future rental after brooks flood the market here. Rest assure R10 won't b cheap hence rental in on the higher side oso.

Further to tat I hav no idea Wat grade to classify it. A B C D E. Price point maybe E if I'm allowed to guess.

Being the 2nd last Central Park series, I believe this would still be a good buy either for ownstay or investment.
Investment wise may need to hold longer but potential is great as it is on prime land and location is almost unbeatable. There is another piece of land for the central Park series, that likely to be the last and price would most probably be even higher than this R10 when it comes.

Now need to see how the site plan and units layout and orientation. Hopefully Ppsb don't make a mistake on this.

If u r following recent tered of the classification tuition class then u know at 1kpsf to 1.2kpsf its grade E

Stimes u dun need lotsa buyers. U just need 1 fated buyer in the entire pool to sell a gd unit.

The layouts r just awesome I can say. Yes own stay OK. Investment need to shift to gostan gear.
