Finally PPSB is developing a condo without detached carpark block...
Personally I feel this is the way to go for condo design especially on premium development.... |

How many DPC condos can say they have car park beneath the building? Only this ONE  |

But a podium of 5 storeys of car park,...PPC surely you can do better...only 1 sub-basement?! Should have at least 3 sub-basement
